Let me be the first to say that I am so glad I decided to go to that very first meet up of the AHEBC 3 years ago this month! The bookclub has been such a positive thing in my life and has done me a world of good, more than I can begin to express. As someone who is a stay at home wife for health reasons, the bookclub has been a lifeline to a bit of normalcy that I haven't had in many years, and has helped me to become a part of the community in which we live, which I love dearly. It has also lead to friendships and much needed laughter. Who says reading can't change your life?! Thank you to Lori and Elita for starting it all and for all you've done these last 3 years!
